You got the hunters kara guidelines all fubar IMO if an MM hunter is at 1500 ap then hes wearing all greens or less, well your ZA and gruul one is pretty weird too.

Sorry this is waynebrady trolling your forums because I am a sad panda like that.

warlocks can vary so much.

max spell hit is 202 according to wowwiki....... for locks

spell hit matters more for 25 mans , hence the tier 5 lock gear.

so i say req for locks for raids in my opinion:

Spell hit: 100+ with progression toward 202

Shadow Damage: 850+ unbuffed 950-1100+ raid buffs

Spell Crit: 10-13% .... warlocks have wiped raids because of crits threat meters or not 3 affliction + CoD + Shadow bolt crit + instant shadow bolt crit = agro whore w/o trying

Mana: 9000+ unbuffed

Health: 8500+ unbuffed

Speced: I'm 36/0/25 and Furies is similar

Furies I think does more dmg than me now but my spell hit is higher now so i'll be more effective the higher the bosses get.

Here is a general post that I am slowly coming up with for minimum requirements for raids. This list is not the be all and end all yet, just a start of a guideline.

Kara:
As a general guideline, all classes regardless of spec should have at the bare minimum 8k buffed HP. Melee DPS should have close to 100 hit rating and casters should have around 6% spell hit. Note that hit rating/spell hit and AP/Spell Dmg is greater than lots of crit.

Druids

Feral(Bear): 415 def, 20k armor and 20% dodge. They also need points in the "Survival of the Fittest" talent.
Feral(Cat): 2.1k ap and 25% crit.
Balance: +700 spell dmg, 20% crit and if you can 6% hit rating.
Restoration: +1.25k to healing.


Hunters
100 Hit rating
Beast Mastery: 1.3k ap, 20% crit.
Marksmanship: 1.5k ap, 20% crit.

Mages

Frost: +700 frost, ~15% crit.
Fire: +700 fire, ~15%crit.


Paladins

Holy: +1.3k to healing.
Retribution: 1.5k ap, 21% crit.
Protection: 490 def, 13k armor, 12k health, 18% in dodge/parry, 20% block and +200 spell dmg. (Total of 102.4 combined with dodge, parry, and block)


Priests

Holy/Disc: +1.3k to healing.
Shadow: +750 shadow dmg with 6% to hit rating.


Rogues

200 Hit rating
Combat(Sword): 1350 ap, 20% crit
Combat(Daggers): 1350 ap, 25% crit
Assassination: 1325 ap, 20% crit
Subtlety: 1.5k ap, 22% crit


Shamans

Elemental: +650 spell, ~15% crit.
Enhancement: 1.3k ap, ~18% crit.
Restoration: 1.2k to healing.

Warlocks

Affliction: +750 shadow/fire dmg.
Destruction: +700 shadow/fire, 18% crit.

Warriors

Arms: 1.4k ap, 25% crit
Fury: 1.4k ap, 25% crit
Protection: 490 def, 13k armor, 12k health, 15% in dodge/parry/block

TANKS - 13.5k hp unbuffed - 500 defense - 60 hit rating - 22% dodge - 16% Parry - 24% block - 15k armor - (MUST BE SPECCED PROT)

DPS - 11k unbuffed - 1700ap (w/o battle shout) - 27%+ Crit Chance - 150+ hit rating - 9k armor

DRUIDS
Feral Tankers:
30k armor, 16k HP unbuffed, 32% dodge, crit immunity.

Feral DPSers:
2.8k AP, >5% hit, 32% crit, 8.5k HP.

Balance:
800 +damage, 8.5k HP, 10k mana, 12% hit, 22% crit, 130 MP5

Resto:
1500 +healing, 8.5k HP, 10k mana, 125 MP5 or 400 Spirit.

HUNTERS
600+ Ranged Damage, 1650 AP, 20% Ranged Crit (this is the lowest minimum allowed and will most likely be updated once we get in there more)

PRIESTS
Discipline or Disc/Holy Hybrids:
1500+ Healing, 11k mana, 8k health, 150 mp5 casting or 480 spirit

Deep Holy:
1700+ Healing, 10k mana, 8k health, 150 mp5 casting or 480 spirit

Shadow:
900+ Shadow Damage, 9.5k mana, 8k health, 450+ sustained DPS

SHAMANS
- All Shaman health should be at least 8k+

- Resto: 1600+ Healing, 10k+ Mana

- Enhancement: 1400+ AP, dual weilding 75+ DPS weapons (slow MH/slow OH, no exceptions for fast off-hands), NO 2-HANDER DPS

- Elemental: 800+ Nature Damage

8% Spell Hit (with talents)

Tanks should be ~700 TPS and ~15k hp unbuffed (numbers varies for pally/feral/warrior)

Healers should be able to last for at least 8 minutes without going OOM
