You got the hunters kara guidelines all fubar IMO if an MM hunter is at 1500 ap then hes wearing all greens or less, well your ZA and gruul one is pretty weird too.

warlocks can vary so much.
max spell hit is 202 according to wowwiki....... for locks
spell hit matters more for 25 mans , hence the tier 5 lock gear.
so i say req for locks for raids in my opinion:
Spell hit: 100+ with progression toward 202
Shadow Damage: 850+ unbuffed 950-1100+ raid buffs
Spell Crit: 10-13% .... warlocks have wiped raids because of crits threat meters or not 3 affliction + CoD + Shadow bolt crit + instant shadow bolt crit = agro whore w/o trying
Mana: 9000+ unbuffed
Health: 8500+ unbuffed
Speced: I'm 36/0/25 and Furies is similar
Furies I think does more dmg than me now but my spell hit is higher now so i'll be more effective the higher the bosses get.

Here is a general post that I am slowly coming up with for minimum requirements for raids. This list is not the be all and end all yet, just a start of a guideline.
Kara:
As a general guideline, all classes regardless of spec should have at the bare minimum 8k buffed HP. Melee DPS should have close to 100 hit rating and casters should have around 6% spell hit. Note that hit rating/spell hit and AP/Spell Dmg is greater than lots of crit.
Druids
Feral(Bear): 415 def, 20k armor and 20% dodge. They also need points in the "Survival of the Fittest" talent.
Feral(Cat): 2.1k ap and 25% crit.
Balance: +700 spell dmg, 20% crit and if you can 6% hit rating.
Restoration: +1.25k to healing.
